PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE PAYMENTSBOT DISCORD BOT ("SERVICE").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Service is not available to any users previously prohibited from using the Service by PaymentsBot or its affiliates.
2. User Accounts
2.1 To use PaymentsBot, you need to have a Discord account. Your use of PaymentsBot is associated with your Discord user ID.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Service Description
3.1 PaymentsBot is a near-native Discord crypto payment processor that allows users to receive cryptocurrency payments for Discord access.
3.2 The Service supports various cryptocurrencies, as specified in our documentation. The list of supported cryptocurrencies may change from time to time.
3.3 PaymentsBot facilitates transactions but does not hold or have custody of users' funds at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:
To engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
To harm, harass, or threaten others.
To spread misinformation or disinformation about cryptocurrencies or financial matters.
To violate the intellectual property rights of others.
To impersonate any person or entity.
To interfere with or disrupt the Service or any servers or networks connected to the Service.
To upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code.
To use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
To exploit any bugs or other technical vulnerabilities in the Service.
To violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4.3 You are solely responsible for your conduct and any transactions you initiate through the Service.
5. Transactions and Fees
5.1 All transactions processed through PaymentsBot are final and cannot be reversed by the Service. You are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming any payment.
5.2 PaymentsBot may charge fees for its services. These fees do not affect individual users and are handled by the seller.
5.3 You are responsible for any network fees (gas fees) associated with transactions on the respective blockchain networks.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The Service and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by PaymentsBot or its licensors.
6.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
6.3 You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 The Service integrates with blockchain networks and may utilize other third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that PaymentsBot is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or terms of service of any third-party services or blockchain networks.
7.2 Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PAYMENTSBOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8.2 PAYMENTSBOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8.3 PAYMENTSBOT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS DUE TO USER ERROR, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES, OR HACKING INCIDENTS NOT DIRECTLY RELATED TO OUR SERVICE'S SECURITY.
8.4 YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS INVOLVE INHERENT RISKS, AND YOU SHOULD CONDUCT YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE USING THE SERVICE OR ENGAGING IN ANY TRANSACTIONS.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYMENTSBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9.2 THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
9.3 THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES EVEN IF PAYMENTSBOT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAYMENTSBOT and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 PAYMENTSBOT may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice.
11.2 You may terminate your use of the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the USA.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PaymentsBot regarding the use of the Service.
14. Severability
14.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
15.1 No waiver of any provision of these Terms by PaymentsBot shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
16. Force Majeure
16.1 PaymentsBot shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, blockchain network issues, or natural disasters.
17. Amendment
17.1 PaymentsBot may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Service or providing notice through Discord.
17.2 Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

18.1 All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered through the Discord server set forth below: https://discord.gg/R3fZDA29FY.
